民族村寨旅游规划中的参与式运用——以龙胜县龙脊古壮寨为例

参与式旅游规划的方法、工具,包含着对民族文化遗产进行保护的理念和措施。参与式应用于民族村寨旅游规划能合理分配旅游收益,保障社区居民利益,提高旅游体验的真实性。以往的社区参与旅游规划忽略了对社区参与意识的培养和主动地帮助社区提高参与规划决策和实施的能力,而参与式旅游规划则充分将参与的理念融入规划的过程当中,充分尊重社区在旅游发展中的主体地位和社区居民是当地主人的身份,运用各种参与工具,并通过赋权于社区,一方面切实提高旅游规划中社区参与的程度,一方面则在规划的过程中提高居民的参与意识。

The method and instrument of participating tourism planning includes protecting concept and measure to national cultural legacy. Through participating tourism planning of national villages, we can allocate tourism income reasonably to protect community residents＇ interests, and increase authenticity of tourism experience. In the previous tourism planning, we neglects cultivation on community＇s sense of participation and help on increasing ability to participate decision and implementation, while the participating tourism planning integrates participating concept into tourism planning, respects community and its residents＇ subject status in tourism development, provides the community with participating instrument and right, and increases participating awareness and degree of the community and its residents in tourism planning.
