难取型内固定的临床研究

骨折术后内固定物取出术是骨科医师经常要做的手术，一般情况下，该种手术操作相对简单，手术大多数情况下能顺利迅捷完成。但是，在行内固定取出术时，我们也经常会遇到一些意想不到的困难，使术者在手术时陷入窘境，例如螺钉旋出困难，断钉，钢丝取出困难，髓内钉拔出困难等情况，此时手术时间长，出血较多，增加术后感染机会，增加病人痛苦。国内外对此并没有很多研究综述，我们研究的方法手术时间短，痛苦少，值得推广应用。

But in is an expert to good expert when fixedly takes out the technique, we also frequently can encounter some unexpected difficulties, causes the technique when the surgery falls into the predicament,for example the bolt turns on lathe difficultly, the stub nail,the steel wire takes out the difficulty, in the marrow the pincer leaves situations and so on difficulty, this time the surgery time is long, the hemorrhage are many, after the increase technique infects the opportunity,increases the patient pain. The domestic and foreign very many research has not summarized regarding this, we study the method surgery time is short, the pain are few, is worth promoting the application.
