摘要 目的:探讨乌司他丁以及七氟醚对非去极化肌松药作用。方法:选自我院2009年10月至2010年8月以来收录的患者共48例。选取两组非去极化肌松药纳入研究,分别为维库溴铵以及阿曲库铵。并分别辅以乌司他丁及七氟醚用药,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:经过临床观察发现乌司他丁+阿曲库铵组的T1=0肌松起效时间为432.1±18.2s,单纯阿曲库铵奇效时间346.3±13.9s,两组起效时间对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。乌司他丁+维库溴铵的T1=0肌松起效时间为276±11.3s,而维库溴铵为210.0±5.9s,两组起效时间对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:乌司他丁在一定程度上延长非去极化型肌松药的起效时间具有明显的作用。 Objective:Discusses Ukraine to take charge of his Ding as well as seven fluorine ether to the non --depolarization myo-- loose medicine function. Results.Passes through the clinical observation to discover Ukraine takes charge of his Ding + Arab League Qu Kuthe group the T1 =0 myo-- pine to get up the effect time for 432.1±18.2s,pure Arab League Qu Kuthe wonderful effect time 346.3±13.9s,two group of effect time contrast difference has statistics significance (P〈0. 05). Ukraine takes charge of his Ding + the Uygur storehouse bromine ammonium T1 = 0 myo-- pine to get up the effect time for 276 ± 11.3s, but the Uygur storehouse bromine ammonium for 210.0+ 5.9s,two group of effect time contrast difference has statistics significance (P^0.05). Conclusion: Ukraine takes charge of his Ding to a certain extent to lengthen the non --depolarization myo-- loose medicine the effect time to have the obvious function.
