剖宫产术后观察与护理体会

剖宫产是切开产妇的腹壁及子宫壁取出胎儿及附属物的方法,近年来剖宫产率在不断上升,围产儿死亡率明显降低.然而剖宫产毕竟是较大的手术,易发生并发症,威胁母婴的生命安全,因此,护理非常重要,而术后护理是减少并发症,降低护患纠纷尤为重要的一环.现将护理体会报告如下.
