摘要
劳动派遣是一种新型用工形式。外派员工最大的问题是工作绩效不高和较多的劳动争议。运用员工帮助计划(EAP)是解决员工心理健康问题的最优方案。EAP在国外发展迅速,但是在国内则处于刚起步阶段。将员工帮助计划应用于劳务派遣中,以提升外派员工工作绩效和减少劳动纷争,是中国劳务派遣中战略决策管理的重要组成部分。EAP的实施过程包括建立EAP团队、对EAP进行宣传、建立心理评估和心理档案、进行外派员工集体心理辅导和效果评估。EAP与劳务派遣的结合将成为我国外向型经济发展的一种新趋势。
Labor dispatching has become a new form of employment which witnesses low performance and more labor disputes. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is the best method to solve employees' psychological problems. Compared with its rapid development abroad, EAP is still in its primary stage in China. The paper suggests that the deployment of EAP to improve the performance of dispatched employees and reduce labor disputes should be considered seriously within the processes of strategic decision making in labor dispatching management. The paper further discusses the implementation of EAP, including building EAP teams, promoting EAP, systemizing mental assessment and files, psychological consultations and evaluating effects. The paper concludes that as a new trend the combination of EAP and labor dispatching will strengthen the development of the export-oriented economy in China.
