On Strategy Management of University from the Perspective of the Dynamic Adaptation Strategy Theory

为应对前所未有的机遇和挑战,战略管理成为中国大学发展的必然选择。如何成功地实施战略管理亟需关注。本文从动态战略适应的视角来寻找大学战略成功的本质——战略的动态适应性,即环境适应、资源适应和组织适应,并结合国内外大学战略管理的成功经验,详细分析了实现大学战略适应的途径。

In response to the unprecedented opportunities and challenges, strategic management becomes the inevitable choice for the development of Chinese universities. It is basically concerned with how to achieve success through strategy. From the perspective of dynamic strategy theory this paper focuses on the essence of strategic success in universities, namely, the external environmental adaptation, the adaptation of resources and the organizational adaptation. Profiting from the enterprise strategy adaptation theory and combining the organizational characteristics of the university, we may draw a conclusion that the university strategic adaptation is a harmonious interaction between the university strategy and its environment, between its resources and its organization.
