摘要
学科馆员已成为高校图书馆未来发展的趋势。文章介绍了学科馆员的产生背景、定义和国外发展史，分析了当前国内现状和面临的问题．同时对完善学科馆员制度提出了几点建议。
The discipline librarians have become the future development of the University Library. This paper introduces the subject librarian＇s produce background, definitions, and the history of foreign countries, analyzed the current domestic situation and problems, while at the same time on perfecting librarians system were presented.
