本文紧密围绕高校教育教学发展对图书馆服务的新要求，从更新图书馆服务观念、改变服务模式策略、促进图书馆教育教学三方展开论述．以期提高高校图书馆的服务水平。

Closely correlating the new requirements for library service in the development of higher education and teaching, this paper expounds, in three aspects, changing of library service ideas, changing of service model strategy and promoting library studying-education and instruction.
