多层螺旋CT重建技术在肩胛骨骨折中的应用价值

Evaluation of Reconstruction Methods of MSCT in Scapular Fractures

目的探讨肩胛骨骨折申多层螺旋CT三维重建技术的临床应用价值。方法对我院2009年1月-2010年6月收治的32例肩胛骨骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析．观察x线及CT三维重建的检测效果，评价其临床意义。结果32例肩胛骨骨折患者经多层螺旋CT三维重建图像分析后，均清楚的显示了骨折全貌，为临床的治疗提供了有利依据。经随访，Constant评分评定优13例，良14例，可5例结论多层螺旋CT三维重建技术弥补了x线片和CT横断扫描图像的不足．对肩胛骨骨折的临床诊断和治疗有着重要的指导意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of three dimensional reconstruction spiral CT to scapular fractures. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 32 patients with scapular fractures treated in our hospital from January 2009 - June 2010 and observe tile test results of X ray and three-dimensional reconstruction CT, evaluate its clinical significance. Results 32 eases of scapular fractures were three-dimensional reconstruction by spiral CT image analysis, are clear proof that the fractm＇e picture, which gave a favorable basis for the clinical treatment. For the follow-up, 13 cases ~erc excellent in constant score, 14 eases were in good, 5 cases were ok. Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT make up the lack of X-ray films and cross-sectional CT scans, which has important meaning of guidance for the diagnosis and treatment to scapular fracture.
