肠病型T细胞淋巴瘤一例及文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 1临床资料患者，男，50岁。因“下腹部疼痛一月，加重十小时”入院。查体：T39．5℃，下腹部压痛，伴反跳痛，轻度肌卫。实验室检查：血常规：WBC5．4×10^9／L，N0．89；B超：腹腔肠管轻度扩张伴肠间隙少量积液；立腹透：两膈下未见游离气体。入院后反复发热，最高T40℃，血培养、肥达试验阴性，全结肠镜、腹部CT均未见异常。当时予以禁食、抗炎、补液、对症等治疗，腹部体征平稳。
