摘要
建立了LC-MS测定水产品中己烯雌酚的分析方法。采用乙酸乙酯提取,超高效色谱-串联质谱法测定。以甲醇-水梯度洗脱,多反应监测(MRM)方式检测。方法检测限为0.05μg/kg,回收率大于83%,相对标准偏差<5.5%,并成功用于水产品中己烯雌酚残留量的测定。
A sensitive method for the determination of diethylstilbestrol （DES） in aquatic products by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed. Extracted with ethyl acetate, Detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The mobile phase consisted of Methanol-water, the multiple reaction monitoring （MRM） mode was used. The detection limit of detection was 0.05μg/kg, and the recoveries were above 83% with relative standard deviations less than 5.5%. The proposed method was successfully used for aquatic products in the determination of diethylstilbestrol residues.
