摘要
甘蒙柽柳(TamarixaustromongolicaNakai)、多枝柽柳(T.ramosisimaLedeb.)、中国柽柳(T.chinensisLour)、短穗柽柳(TlaxaWild.)、刚毛柽柳(T.hispidaWild.)、密花柽柳(T.arceuthoidsBge.)、甘肃柽柳(T.gansuensisH.Z.Zhang)和短毛柽柳(T.kareliniBge.)在土壤缓慢水分胁迫条件下,脯氨酸(Pro)含量成倍增加。整个干旱处理过程中,Pro累积持续时间、初始累积和累积速度下降,种间存在差异。可溶性糖含量明显持续增加。正常供水条件下可溶性糖含量以及水分胁迫条件下可溶性糖含量增加值种间存在显著差异。K+积累速率持续增加直至干旱处理结束,K+积累速率种间存在差异。正常供水条件下Na+在植物体内含量较高,土壤水分胁迫条件下Na+大量积累。Mg2+在整个干旱处理过程中,没有主动积累。有机溶质Pro、可溶性糖、无机离子K+、Na+在土壤水分胁迫条件下主动累积,降低柽柳体内渗透势,维持膨压。
The praline content of Tamarix austromongolica Nakai, T.ramosissima Ledeb., T.chinensis Lour, T laxa Wild., T.hispida Wild., T.arceuthoids Bge., T.gansuensis H.Z.Zhang and T.karelinii Bge.increased several times under soil-water stress slowly.During drought treatment,there were difference in praline accumulating and sustain time,primary accumulation and the dropping of accumulating rate in species.Soluble sugar content increased continuously remarkably.Soluble sugar content under normal water supply was different in species,so is increase of soluble sugar content under soil-water stress slowly,too.Accumulating rate of K + increased sustaniedly till end of fraught treatment,accumulating rate of K + was different in species.Na + content in Tamarix was higher under normal water supply;Na +content accumulated obviously under soil-water stress.Mg 2+ content didn't accumulate on its own during whole drought treatment.Proline,soluble sugar,K + and Na + accumulated on its own under soil-water stress to reduce osmotic potential of Tarmarix and to keep turner pressure,it can created conditions for plant to keep normal life activity under drought.
