吉林省粮食综合生产能力评价与对策分析

Analysis on Evaluation and Strategies of Grain Integrated Productive Capacity in Jilin Province

从粮食生产系统的角度,运用层次分析法构建粮食综合生产能力评价指标体系,采用相关系数法对吉林、河北、黑龙江、安徽、山东和湖北6个粮食主产省(2001—2008年)的粮食综合生产能力进行比较性测评和现状分析,进而提出了培育吉林省粮食综合生产能力的对策。

From the view of grain production system, using analytic hierarchy process, the aim is to establish an index system concerning grain integrated productive capacity. By employing correlation coefficient method, the grain integrated productive capacity and status of six major grain areas, Jilin, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Anhui, Shandong and Hubei （2001-2008 ）were compared and analyzed, and then strategies of cultivating grain integrated productive capacity of Jilin Province were put forward.
