摘要
用甲醇将６－羟基－７－甲氧基香豆素从马铃薯粉中萃取出来后，采用薄层层析法进行分离和纯化，并且用紫外光谱和质谱对其进行了鉴定。
The presence of scopoletin in a methanol extract was demonstrated.The scopoletin was separated by TLC and identified by its UV and mass spectra.
