茶皂素对湖羊瘤胃培养物发酵的影响 被引量:7

摘要 在瘤胃培养液中分别添加0.25%、0.50%、0.75%的茶皂素提取物,经过体外培养发酵试验表明:添加茶皂素提取物的各组均使活原虫数显著减少(P<0.01);并且能够显著提高产气量(P<0.01),从而提高饲料的转化效率;并使湖羊获得更多的菌体蛋白和能量。
