针灸配合功能训练治疗小儿脑瘫60例疗效观察

Acupuncture treatment of functional training with 60 Cases of Infantile Cerebral Palsy

目的：观察针灸配合功能训练治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法：脑性瘫痪患儿60例随机分为2组，每组30例，治疗组采用针灸配合功能训练，针灸治疗采用头针加体针，对照组行单纯功能训练。比较治疗前后患儿运动功能的评分变化。结果：治疗组总有效率为96．7％，优于对照组的73.3％（P〈0．25）；治疗组治疗前后运动功能评分别为36．86±7．45、65．91±10．52，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01），治疗前后评分差值29．05±5．32明显高于对照组14．27±3．61（P〈0．01）。结论：针灸配合功能训练治疗对脑性瘫痪患儿运动功能改善作用更明显。

Objective To investigate the function of acupuncture training in treatment of children with cerebral palsy with clinical efficacy. Methods 60 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into 2 groups of 30 patients treated with acupuncture combined with functional training, acupuncture therapy plus scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture with the control group, with simple functional training. Motor function in children before and after treatment scores changed. Results The total effective rate was 96.7%, higher than the control group, 73.3% （P 〈0.025）; motor fimction before and after treatment, assessment, respectively 36.86 ± 7.45,65.91 ± 10.52, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01）, score difference before and after treatment was significantly higher than 29.05 ± 5.32 14.27 ± 3.61 （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion acupuncture treatment on functional training to improve motor function in children with cerebral palsy more obvious role.
