微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折14例临床分析

Mini-plate fixation of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures of 14 cases

目的：探讨微型钢板内固定治疗掌、指骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：根据骨折不同部位，选择不同的微型钢板内固定治疗，掌指骨骨折术后3天进行指功能锻炼。结果：术后随防2～12个月骨折愈合的时间为8～12周，无1例出现骨不连及钢板螺丝松动等并发症，关节功能的优良率为85．7％。结论：微型钢板内同定治疗掌、指骨骨折固定牢靠、有利于术后早期功能锻炼及骨折愈合。

Objective：palm mini plate fixation, phalangeal fracture treatment. Different ways according to fracture site, select a different mini-plate fixation, metacarpal and phalanx fractures after 3 days refers to the functional exercise. Results：2-12 months with the anti-fracture healing time was 8-12 weeks, not 1 case of nonunion and complications such as steel screws loose, good joint function was 85.7%. Conclusion：mini-plate fixation palm, solid phalanx fracture fixation is conducive to early postoperative functional training and fracture healing.
