髋关节表面置换术后并发症的观察与护理 被引量:1

摘要 髋关节表面置换术是近年来用于治疗股骨头坏死的一种新方法。它通过置换病变髋关节的股骨头和髋臼表面达到治疗作用,相比人工全髋关节置换术,该方法对股骨头颈切除较少、创伤小,保留了较多的骨质,较完整地保留了髋关节自然解剖形态和生物力学,为以后翻修提供了良好的基础,也为年轻患者和活动需求较大的老年患者提供了更好的选择。
