摘要
企业战略理论是随着企业战略环境的日益动态化和复杂化而逐步萌生并发展起来的。传统战略管理理论的基石在于假设企业环境可以认知、竞争过程可控,随着世界经济形势动荡不安、新技术革命方兴未艾、社会价值观急剧转变,企业所面临的环境越来越复杂,影响自己的环境因素变得越来越不可控,全球企业之间竞争的激烈程度逐步增加,战略管理理论也随之迅速发展和不断完善。如今的企业战略理论已经向适应环境变化为主的竞争定位理论转向以"创造并驾驭未来"为主的竞争理论。本文以企业战略管理理论的发展为主线对企业战略管理的相关理论进行了梳理归纳,并且对最新的企业战略理论进行整理和总结。
Theory of corporate strategy is gradually developing with the increasingly dynamic and complex initiation of the corporate strategic environment. The cornerstone of traditional strategic management theory is that an enterprise environment can be assumed knowledge, competitive process control, and as the world economy in turmoil, the new technological revolution in the ascendant, rapidly changing social values, enterprises are facing increasingly complex environment, the environmental factors which will have influence on them become more and more uncontrollable, the intensity of global competition among companies gradually increase, strategic management theory has followed the rapid development and continuous improvement. Today's business strategy has been shift from the competitive positioning theory which is adapt to environmental change theory-based to Ncreate and control the future"-based competition theory. In this paper, the business strategy management theory has combed summarized by the main line of the development of, and the consolidation and summary of latest strategic management theory has been done.
