摘要
走低碳发展之路已成为人类发展的必然趋势。发展低碳经济还存在着诸多困难,短期看,实现低碳化必须逾越技术、融资、消费及监管等成本障碍。
Developing low-carbon economy has become the inexorable trend of human development.There are still many difficulties in developing the low carbon economy,in the short term, to implement low-carbon economy must overcom the obstacles for the cost of technology, financing, consumption and supervision.
