59例肺小细胞癌临床及病理分析

Clinical and Pathological Features of small cell lung cancer in 59 Patients

目的:分析肺小细胞癌的临床及病理特征。方法:回顾性分析安庆市立医院近2年收治的59例肺小细胞癌患者的临床资料及病理资料。结果:59例SCLC患者中,局限期的35例(59.3%),广泛期的19例(32.2%),还有5例(8.5%)患者分期不明。59例进行了神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)检测,其中37例(62.5%)结果高于正常值;50例进行了癌胚抗原(CEA)检测,其中16例(32.6%)结果高于正常值;48例进行了CAl25检测,其中19例(39.0%)结果高于正常值;在纤支镜下,以能直接窥见病灶者定为中心型占54例,未能窥及或仅能见到肿瘤之间接征象者则为周围型占5例。CD56及CKpan表达率为100%(59/59),TTF-1表达率为96.61%(57/59),NSE表达率为88.13%(52/59),CgA表达率为71.19%(42/59),Syn表达率为67.79%(40/59),P63表达率为13.56%(8/59),LCA表达率为0(0/59)。结论:肺小细胞癌的临床及病理特征复杂,需要综合考虑加以鉴别诊断。

Objective：To analyse the clinical and pathological features of patients with small cell lung cancer. Methods：The clinical and pathological data of 5 9 patients with SCLC who were treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results：The cases of 59 small cell lung cancer patients were analyzed statistically, there were 35 （59.3%）patients inlimited stage, while 19 （32.2%）in extensive stage patients. NSE was positive in 37 （62.5 % ） cases of 59 patents, while CEA was positive in 16 （32.6%） cases of 50 patents. The positive rate of CD56, Ckpan, and TTF- 1 was100% （59/59）, 100% （59/59） ,96.61% （57/59） ,respectively ;the positive rate of NSE, CgA, Syn and P63 was 88.13 % （ 52/59 ）, 71.1% （ 42/59 ） , 67.79 % （ 40/59 ）, 13.56 % （ 8/59 ）, respectively; while LCA was not detceed. Conclusion： The clinical and pathological features of patients with small cell lung cancer tend to be complicated.
