生长分化因子-15在心血管疾病中的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 生长分化因子-15是转化生长因子-β超家族成员之一。生长分化因子-15属于应激蛋白,在损伤心肌细胞中显著表达。最新文献报道,生长分化因子-15在急性冠脉综合症、心力衰竭预后有重要的标记、提示作用。近来研究发现,GDF15还是一个重要的心血管保护因子。
