血浆肾上腺髓质素、肿瘤坏死因子-α与儿童哮喘发作关系的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨儿童哮喘患者血浆肾上腺髓质素(ADM)的质量浓度变化及其临床意义。方法:放射免疫分析法测定40例哮喘急性发作期患儿和30例缓解期患儿及30例健康对照儿童血浆ADM和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)质量浓度,并根据急性期发作患儿病情分级进行等级评分,然后进行相关分析。结果:哮喘急性发作期组血浆ADM质量浓度高于缓解组,和正常照组(P<0.01),ADM质量浓度与分级积分、TNF-α成正相关,缓解组中ADM质量浓度与TNF-α成正相关。结论:ADM参与了哮喘的急性发作和炎症反应过程。
