大范围切除治疗腹壁切口顽固性窦道23例体会

Extensive resection of abdominal incision experience of 23 cases of refractory sinus

目的:探讨大范围切除治疗腹壁切口顽固性窦道的可行性及疗效。方法:回顾笔者医院2004年5月-2008年5月共收治腹壁切口顽固性窦道23例,全部行窦道及周围炎性组织大范围切除,伤口敞开不予缝合,局部换药促进愈合或待创面清洁后行二期缝合。结果:23例全部一次性治愈,随访2-6年无复发。结论:腹壁切口顽固性窦道行大范围切除治疗是可行的,治疗彻底,效果满意。

Objective：Surgical treatment of extensive intractable abdominal incision the feasibility and efficacy of sinus. Methods：Review the hospital May 2004 - May 2008 intractable abdominal incisions were treated 23 cases of refractory sinus, Full line of inflammatory tissue around the sinus tract and extensive resection, Not to suture the wound open, Local wound dressing to promote healing or to be clean and underwent two suture. Results ：23 cases all one - time cure, 2 - 6 years of follow - up without recurrence. Conclusion：Extensive resection for intractable abdominal incision sinus is feasible,Treatment completely,The result is satisfactory.
