摘要
目的:观察金属材料制成、经灭菌后重复使用的单腔吸引管与"可尔依"一次性双腔减压式吸引管在人工流产手术中的不同效果。方法:我们选择2009年1月至2010年1月来我院自愿要求终止妊娠的育龄妇女220例,220例患者被随机分为A、B两组,每组110人。手术均采用可视人流机器施行,A组采用金属单腔吸引管行人流术,B组采用双腔减压式吸引管行人流术。结果:①术后盆腔积液率A组高于B组,有显著差异(P<0.01)。②人流综合症反应发生率A组高于B组,有显著差异(P<0.01)。③术中自觉腹部疼痛较重A组高于B组,有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:"可尔依"双腔减压式吸引管利用压差将宫腔内升高的压力以流体力学特有的方式排出,杜绝了因宫血逆流而导致的人流手术并发症,提高了人流手术的安全性,与金属单腔吸引管相比更安全、可靠。
Objective:To observe the difference effects in artificial abortion between the metallic material single- chamber suction tube which can be reused after sterilization and "Keeryi" one -time dual -chamber vacuum -type suction tube. Mehtods:We selected 220 childbearing age women who come to my hospital to terminate pregnancy voluntarily from January 2009 to January 2010 these 220 patients were randomly divided into A, B two groups equally. The operation was implemented using visible artificial abortion machines, A group was using metallic material single - cavity suction tube to implement artificial abortion, B group was using dual - chamber vacuum - type suction tube to umplement artificial abortion. Resules: ( 1 ) Rate of postoperative hydrops of pelvic, A Group was higher than group B, there are significant differences ( P 〈 0. 01 ). (2) The reation rate of artifical abortion svndreme. A group was higher than group B, there are significant differences ( P 〈 0. 01 ). (3) tteavie abdominal pain during surgery consciously, A group was higher than B group, there were significantly different (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:The "Keeryi" pressure reducing dual - chamber vacuum - type suction tube will dischare the pressure which was increased inside intrauterine by suing unique hydrostatice pressure difference It can eliminate a comphcation of artificial abortion which is caused by counterflow of hematomerta,impreve security of artificial abortion,and it is maresecure andreliable compare to suing single - chamber suction tube.
