摘要 本试验选用了具有速生遗传基因的美洲黑杨、欧美杨和具有抗寒、耐旱特性的小钻杨类及青杨派等17个杨树品种品系作亲本,共搭配成20个杂交组合。通过对F1代多次的苗期选择以及在辽北地区两年抗寒、耐旱的比较试验,初步看出具有速生、抗寒、耐旱性强的杂交F1代无性系4个,即9205、9207、9318、9218。其中9205优良特性表现突出,2年生平均高生长量是对照种2倍以上,是优亲115倍,胸径平均生长量是对照种4倍以上,并具有一定的抗寒、耐旱性。9207、9318、9218年高生长量均超过优亲和对照种,其抗寒、耐旱性也强于亲本及其他杂交F1代无性系。 Abstract New poplar clones with high resistance to cold and drought and fast growth were breed through crossing experiments. The 17 parents material included varieties and lines with fastgrowth gene and those of high resistance to cold and drought, and 20 crossing pairs were arranged. Four clones, namely 9205,9207,9318,and 9218,were picked out among first filial generations(F1) through numerous seedling selections and two year of growing comparison in Northern Liaoning. With a double height growth and four time DHB increment in the first two years compared with control species, the 9205 clone owned a remarkable high growth in addition to relatively high resistance to cold and drought. The other three clones also had good performance in growth and resistance to cold and drought among all the F1 clones.
