摘要
介绍了以磷酸为活化剂二步法组合炉制造粉状活性炭的新工艺及相关的炭活化装置。工业化生产试验表明:本组合炉生产工艺具有投资省、劳动强度低、产品质量高、酸耗能耗低等特点。
A new technology was introduced for the manufacturing process of PAC (powdered activated carbon) with both tradition stove and new rotatory stove by phosphoric acid method. It showed merits: low production cost and little manpower, high quality, short activation time (about 2 h), low end activation temperature (about 330℃), low consumption of phosphoric acid(0.3T/T.PAC) and low energy (0.3T.coal/T.PAC). The success of the technology demonstrated a reliable manufacturing process of PAC by phosphoric acid method for many small factories.
