核果类基因组DNA提取和RAPD条件优选

OPTIMIZATOIN OF STONE FRUITS GENOMIC DNAISOLATION AND RAPD CONDITIONS

采用３种方法分离杏、桃等核果类树种的基因组ＤＮＡ，比较了其分离效果。并以此为模板进行ＲＡＰＤ反应，调整ＲＡＰＤ反应体系组成和热循环条件，以进行该树种的系统分类研究。

Three methods were adopted to isolate genomic DNAs of stone fruit trees,such as apricot and peach.The results show that one of them is more effective. We have got the suitable conditions of RAPD system with the DNAs as template,which will be helpful to classify the species and cultivars of stone fruit trees.
