早期集束化治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒的临床观察

Outcomes of early bundle treatment on severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的总结"早期集束化治疗"(EBT)对急性重度有机磷农药中毒(ASOPP)的救治效果。方法回顾分析119例ASOPP患者资料,根据治疗方法分为集束化治疗组(A组,57例)和常规治疗组(B组,62例),总结并比较解毒药用量和治疗效果。结果与B组比较,A组阿托品用量显著减少,胆碱酯酶活性50%恢复的时间提前,反跳和中间综合征的发生率显著下降,呼吸机应用时间、苏醒时间、住ICU及总住院时间均明显缩短,未发生死亡病例。结论采用EBT救治ASOPP患者,可明显缩短病程,提高救治成功率,降低相关并发症和病死率。

Objective To summarize the outcomes of ＂early bundle therapy＂ （EBT） on acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning（ASOPP）.Methods Data of 119 ASOPP patients were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were treated with EBT（group A,57 cases） or conventional therapy（group B,62 cases）.The outcomes of ttreatment were summarized and compared.ResultsCompared with those in group B,atropine consumption was less,the 50% recovery of cholinesterase activity was earlier,the rate of rebound and intermediate syndrome was lower,the times for mechanical ventilation supporting,awake,ICU and hospital stay were all shorter.There was no death case in group A.Conclusion Early bundle Treatment of ASOPP with EBT can shorten the course of disease,improve the treatment success rate and reduce the complications and mortality.
