云南省系统性红斑狼疮患者生存率情况分析

Analysis of the Survival Rate of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in Yunnan Province

目的探讨云南地区SLE患者的长期生存率(5 a、10 a、15 a、20 a).方法采取回顾性分析的方法,对昆明医学院第二附属医院皮肤性病/风湿免疫科1990年1月1日至2008年6月30日期间住院的1 002例系统性红斑狼疮患者通过面对面调查、少部分电话咨询的方式进行随访,以获得总体生存率,并绘制生存曲线.结果云南省系统性红斑狼疮患者5 a、10 a、15 a、20 a生存率分别为95%、91%、88%、84%.结论云南省系统性红斑狼疮患者5 a、10 a、15 a、20 a生存率分别为95%、91%、88%、84%,高于我国平均水平,与发达国家接近.描述系统性红斑狼疮20 a生存率在我国尚属最长,且样本量为国内单中心最大.

Objective To investigate the long-term survival rates of the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in Yunnan province（5 years,10 years,15 years and 20 years）.Methods A total of 1002 cases of SLE patients in our hospital from January 1,1990 to June 30,2008 were investigated retrospectively.Most of the selected patients were followed up by face to face interview,and a few of them were followed up by telephone,so that we can get the overall survival rate and the survival curve at the same time.Result The overall 5,10,15,and 20-year survival rates of the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in Yunnan province were 95%,91%,88% and 84%,respectively.Conclusions The overall 5,10,15,and 20-year survival rates of the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in Yunnan province are 95%,91%,88% and 84% respectively,which are higher than average level in our country,and are approximate with developed country.Investigation on 20-year survival rate of the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in our country is the longest,and the sample size of single center is the biggest in our country.
