摘要
从江苏省具代表性的油菜菌核病发生区采集菌核病菌，并接种不同油菜品种的叶片，研究油菜品种与病菌的相互作用。结果表明，菌核菌不同菌株的致病力具有显著差异，扬州菌株ＪＳ１、通州菌株ＪＳ５和金湖菌株ＪＳ３致病力较强，而丹阳菌株ＪＳ６和溧阳菌株ＪＳ２致病力较弱。供试各油菜品种间发病无显著差异，但菌株与品种间互作效应显著。溧阳菌株ＪＳ２特别适应于９６０５品种；丹阳菌株ＪＳ６特别适应于９５０３品种；金湖菌株ＪＳ３最适应８９－５６品种；如皋菌株ＪＳ４最不适应９５０３品种，对其它品种具有广谱适应性；通州菌株ＪＳ５较不适应ｍａｒｎｏｏ品种，而扬州菌株ＪＳ１则对所有品种都具有良好的适应性。
InteractionbetweenrapevarietyandSclerotiniasclerotiorumfromJiangsuProvincewasstudiedbymeansofrapeleafinoculationwithisolatesfromvariousdiseaseareas.Itwasdemonstratedthatthepathogenicityof6isolatesweresignificantlydifferent.JS1,JS5andJS3fromYangzhou,TongzhouandJinhurespectivelyhadstrongpathogenicitywhichwereweakinJS2andJS6fromDanyangandLiyang.Therewasnosignificantdifferencesamongtheresistanceof9rapevarieties,butinteractionwassignificantbetweenisolatesandvarieties.TheisolateJS2,JS6andJS3hadthestrongestpathogenicitytothevariety9605,9503and8956,respectively.JS4hadstrongpathogenicitytoallthetestedvarietiesexceptfor9503.JS5hadweakpathogenicitytomarnooandJS1waspathogenictoeachtestedvaritey.
