幼畜腹泻双价基因工程苗的安全性及免疫保护试验

摘要 用幼畜腹泻CPB-ST双价基因工程苗对1628头怀孕母牛,2343只怀孕母羊进行免疫接种,所有接受免疫接种的怀孕母畜均无任何不良反应,所产幼畜均发育正常。免疫母牛共产犊牛1628头,发生腹泻者88头,发病率为5.4%,死亡26头,死亡率为1.59%,与对照组(发病率46.7%、死亡率28.9%)相比,两组的发病率和死亡率均呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。免疫母羊共产羔羊2347只,发生腹泻者136只,发病率为6.1%,死亡49只,死亡率为2.1%,与对照组(发病率50.4%,死亡率30.8%)相比,两组的发病率和死亡率均呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。试验结果表明,用CPB-ST双价基因工程苗对临产前的怀孕母畜(牛羊)进行免疫接种,可有效地预防新生幼畜(犊牛、羔羊)腹泻的发生,且安全性良好。 pregnant cows and 2343 pregnant sheep were vaccinated with CPB-ST divalent genetic engineering vaccine preventing young stock grew normally. Among 1628 newborn calves which were born by vaccinated cows,88 newborn calves attack diarrhea (the attack rate was 5.4%),26 ill calves died (the death rate was 1.59%). In comparision with control group (the attack rate was 46.7%, the death rate was 28.9%), there was a significant difference (P<0.01)between attack rate and death rate of test group and those of control group. Among 2347 newborn lambs which were born by vaccinated sheep, 136 newborn lambs attack diarrhea (the attack rate was 6.1%),49 ill lambs died (the death rate was 2.1%). In comparison with control group (the attack rate was 50.4%,the death rate was 2.1%).In comparison with control group (the attack rate was 50.4%,the death rate was 30.8%),there was a significant difference (P<0.01) between attack rate and death rate of test group and those of control group. The result suggested that it was effective and safe to prevent diarrhea of newborn calves by inoculatig pregnant cows and sheep with CPB-ST divalent genetic engineering vaccine.
