Determination on Productive Condition of Opioid-like Material in Digestion of Casein by Porcine Pepsin

酪蛋白经充分溶解，用猪胃蛋白酶准确消化１５ｍｉｎ，３０ｍｉｎ，６０ｍｉｎ，９０ｍｉｎ和１２０ｍｉｎ，离心上清消化液，通过ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ电泳和细胞生物学方法，结果发现，只有在ｐＨ１．４和３７℃时，酪蛋白经胃蛋白酶消化２ｈ其酶解液中有阿片样物质存在。

The casin was accurately digested with porcine pepsin for 15,306090 and 120 minutes respectively after complete dissolving. The digested liguids were centrifuged and measured through SDS-PAGE and cytobiology methods. It is indicated that the opioid-like material can be produced by porcine pepsin digestion for 2hr. only with a PH value of 1.4 and stable temperature of 37.
