兰州市夏季冷饮食品抽检状况与分析

RESULT OF SELECTIVE EXAMINATION AND ANALYSIS ON SUMMER COLD DRINK FOOD IN LANZHOU CITY

为加强兰州市冷饮食品的卫生监督监测，整顿冷饮食品市场，保证广大消费者身体健康，在夏季冷饮销售旺季期间，我们对市大型冷饮食品加工厂和批发商的９４份样品进行了抽检，其结果表明，我市的冷饮食品生产、经营场所还存在许多问题，冷饮食品卫生质量令人担忧，就此，提出相应措施，以确保消费者健康。

In order to strenthen the health supervision and inspection of cold drink food in Lanzhou city, 95 samples of cold drink food from processing factories in Lanzhou City were made a selective examination. The result showed that the cold drink production, managing place had many problems. The health quality of cold drink food was not good enough. Therefore, in order to ensure consumers' health, the author put forward the appropriate measures.
