摘要
本文扼要综述了国内外在叶蛋白浓缩物的提取原料、工艺、饲用价值、提取叶蛋白以后草渣及脱蛋白液的利用等几个方面的研究进展，指出开发叶蛋白饲料是目前解决蛋白质饲料供需矛盾的有效途径之一。
This article chiefly narrated the research progress on extracting material technology, feeding value for leaf protein concentrate and the utilization of residue and super-natant at home and abroad, suggested that it is one of the effective ways of solving the deficiency of protein feed to exploit leaf protein concentrate in China.
