摘要
目的:研究脂联素(adiponectin)在人前列腺癌组织中的表达,并初步探讨其在肥胖、前列腺癌之间的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测8例正常前列腺组织、16例BPH组织和41例前列腺癌组织(高、中、低分化者分别12、16、13例)。结果:三种组织中均可见脂联素的表达,均表达于腺上皮细胞内,基质无着色。脂联素在正常前列腺组织、BPH组织以及高、中、低分化前列腺癌组织中表达强度的校正后平均光密度值分别为(0.337±0.022)、(0.322±0.031)、(0.207±0.033)、(0.191±0.023)、(0.190±0.031)。正常前列腺组织和BPH组织间表达强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),前列腺癌组织中脂联素表达强度显著减弱,与前两者比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但高、中、低分化前列腺癌组织间脂联素表达强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分析体重指数(BMI)值与脂联素表达强度的相关性r=-0.80,差异有统计学意义,两者具有负相关关系。结论:脂联素在肥胖以及前列腺癌组织中低表达,可能在肿瘤的发生发展中起促进作用。脂联素的表达强度与肥胖、前列腺癌的发生呈负相关关系。但尚不能判断其与前列腺癌的Gleason分级和恶性程度之间的关系。
Objective: To Investigate the expression of adiponectin in human prostate cancer and the role between obesity and prostate cancer. Methods:The immunohistochemical method was employed. Adiponectin expression was detected in 8 normal prostate samples, 16 benign prostate hyperplasic (BPH) samples and 41 prostate carcinoma samples. The cases of high grade, moderate grade and low grade of the prostate carcinoma tissues were 12, 16 and 13 separately. Results: Adiponectin expressed expressed in glandular epithelium cells and but not in stroma in all three kinds tissues . The expression optical density value of adiponectin in normal prostate tissues, BPH tissues and prostate carcinoma tissues were (0. 337±0. 022), (0. 322±0. 031), (0. 207±40. 033), (0.191±0.023), (0.190±0.031) separately. There was no difference between the intensities of normal prostate tissues and BPH tissues (P〉0.05). The expression intensity of adiponectin in prostate carcinoma tissues was weaker, but there is difference between normal prostate tissues and BPH tissues (P〈20.05). No differences was found between high grade, moderate grade and low grade the prostate carcinoma tissues (P〉0.05) The statistically signif- icant negative relationship was rerealed by analysis of body mass index (BMI) and adiponectin expression of strength correlation r= 0. 80. Conclusions: Adiponectin expresses lowly in prostate carcinoma tissues, which played a role in the progression of prostate carcinoma, and it is negative correlation between adiponeetin and prostate carcinoma, obesity. But still can't judge the relationship between adiponectin hypo expression with prostate carcinoma gleason of classification and malignant degree.
