摘要
回顾改革开放20年来上海农业科技成果产业化的发展情况，并对有关问题进行了讨论，提出了设想。
The development of industrialization of agricultural scientific and technical achievements in Shanghai since 2O years of implementing reform and opening is reviewed in the paper. The related problems are also suggested and envisaged.
