摘要
为评价高铁日粮对蛋Fe含量及蛋品质的影响,以含Fe25mg/kg(对照组)、525mg/kg(试验Ⅰ组)和1025mg/kg(试验Ⅱ组)日粮饲喂242日龄罗曼蛋鸡30d,观察蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、卵黄Fe含量的变化。结果表明:试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组卵黄中Fe含量分别为47.6土10.1μg/g卵黄和51.0土6.3μg/g卵黄,较对照组Fe含量32.4土5.4μg/g卵黄分别增加了46.9%和57.1%。血清Fe含量试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组比对照组提高了1.02倍和1.36倍。高Fe组与对照组比较,蛋品质和蛋鸡生产性能均无显著差异。试验结果提示,通过高Fe日粮可以大幅度提高蛋Fe含量,产蛋母鸡是饲料中Fe向蛋中转运的良好载体。
The 242-day-old Lohmann laying hens were fed with diets containing 25 (Control group), 525 (Group Ⅰ )or 1O25 (Group Ⅱ )mg Fe/kg diet for 3O days to evaluate the effects of high-iron diet on iron content in egg and egg quality. The production performance,egg quality and yolk iron content were observed. The results showed that yolk iron contents in Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ were increased by 46. 9% and 57. l % compared with control group,respectively. And serum iron concentrations in Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ were higher by 1O2% and 136% than those in control group,respectively. But there were no significant dif-ferences between the high-iron diet groups and the control group in egg quality and produc-tion performance of layers. These results suggested that high-iron diet could cause much higher iron content in yolk. So,the laying hen is a good carrier to transport iron from diet to egg.
