摘要
对产量鉴定表现突出的5个甘蓝型双低油菜品种(系)的8个主要农艺性状和相应的20个正、反交组合的杂种优势和配合力进行了分析。结果表明,F1杂种普遍存在平均优势,组合间的超亲优势差异较大。构成单株产量的每角果粒数、千粒重和单株角果数三个因素中,单株角果数的超亲优势最大,为17.6%。配合力分析结果表明,“植沪1号”和“中油220”作亲本时其杂种优势强,而以“植沪2号”作亲本,则优势较弱。
The heteroses and combining abilities of 2O reciprocal cross combinations of five double low rapeseed (Brassica napus L. )cultivars (lines) showing high seed yield were analysed. The results showed that F hybrids owned extensively average heterosis. The posi-tive mean heterosis among crosses was of great difference. The positive mean heterosis of sili-qua number per plant was 17. 6% i. e. the greatest among the three main yield components (seed number per siliqua, 1OOO-seed weight and siliqua number per plant). The heteroses of F generations were greater when 'Zhihu 1 'and 'Zhongyou 22O' were used as parents, but the heteroses of F generations were less when'Zhihu 2' was used as a parent-
