益生菌治疗在溃疡性结肠炎中的临床应用 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨益生菌治疗在溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2007年8月2009年12月47例活动期UC患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予益生菌和5-氨基水杨酸治疗,疗程8周。监测治疗期间患者的临床症状和血清C反应蛋白(Creactive protein,CRP)水平。结果治疗结束后两组患者临床症状均有缓解,CRP水平均明显下降,两组间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益生菌治疗UC可有效改善患者临床症状和炎症反应。
