激光治疗先天性视乳头小凹并黄斑部浆液性脱离一例

摘要患者女,16岁.因右眼视力下降伴视物变形半个月于2005年12月6日来诊.检查视力右眼0.1,不能矫正,左眼1.2,左眼无异常发现.右眼外眼无异常,屈光间质清,右眼视盘颞侧见一约0.6PD大的黄白色凹陷,深度约为3D,整个黄斑部神经上皮脱离,明显隆起;眼底荧光血管造影早期低荧光,静脉期后染料由小凹边缘逐渐漫延到小凹内,晚期可见染料向小凹外溢形成高荧光,荧光素不向视网膜下间隙扩展至黄斑部（图1）;B超提示后极部视网膜脱离.诊断为右眼视乳头小凹伴黄斑部浆液性脱离.
