树突状细胞和肿瘤坏死因子-α与系统性红斑狼疮动脉粥样硬化

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)容易发生动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)。炎症反应是SLE合并AS的重要机制,多种免疫细胞共同介导炎症反应过程。其中,树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs)在调节固有免疫应答、适应性免疫应答乃至整个免疫系统中扮演着重要的角色。越来越多的证据表明DCs的功能异常是SLE合并AS疾病发展的枢纽。
