针灸治未病的临床应用及机制研究

Clinical application and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibusion for preventing disease

通过对近10年来关于针灸治未病的文献进行分析总结,发现针灸作为一种无毒副作用的医疗手段,越来越广泛地用于治未病,尤其是艾灸、穴位贴敷等无创痛的方法。针灸可预防的病种和预防手段也在不断增加。针灸治未病的机制研究也逐渐增多,但有待于进一步加强。

In the present paper, the authors analyze and summarize the literatures of acupuncture and moxibusion for preventing diseases in recent 10 years. As a kind of non-side effect therapy, acupuncture has been widely used in the clinic, especially the methods of moxihusion, point application, etc. The types of diseases that can be prevented by acupuncture as well as the prevention methods are gradually increasing. Meanwhile, there are not enough deep researches on its mechanism although the studies on mechanism are increased recently.
