摘要
人的一生大约有1/3的时间是在睡眠中度过的。睡眠的意义在于调节人体与环境的昼夜变化,使其协调,以保证人体生理和生态活动的相对稳定,提供人体的免疫能力,因此维持正常睡眠是维护人体健康的保证。中医学十分重视睡眠养生术,根据阴阳变化的规律,采用合理的睡眠方法和措施,保证充足而适当的睡眠时间,以尽快恢复机体疲劳,保持充沛的精力,从而达到防病健体,延年益寿的目的。古代睡眠养生术是在中医天人合一、顺应四时阴阳、脏腑学说等理论指导下,提出对睡眠各方面的具体要求。文章主要论述了中国古代的睡眠养生思想和方法,包括睡眠前准备,睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠卧向、睡眠姿势、睡眠环境等,对建立良好睡眠,保持身心健康至今仍具有推广应用价值。
One third of the human’s lives are in sleep.The significance of sleep is regulating the transformation from day to night between man and environment,which can make relevant stabilization for human’s physiological and ecological activities and supply the immunization ability.Therefore,keeping normal sleep is the assurance for human’s health.Sleep health cultivation methods are a very important part of TCM.It aims to ensure adequate sleep,eliminate fatigue and keep abundant energy based on the rule of changes between yin and yang and reasonable means and measures for sleep,which will make contribution to disease prevention,body health and longevity.Chinese ancient sleep health cultivation methods have advanced specific requirements for every aspect of sleep based on the TCM theories of harmony between environment and human,rule of four seasons,yin and yang,and doctrine of zang and fu.This thesis expatiated intensively Chinese ancient sleep health cultivation methods,including preparing for sleep,sleep duration,quality,orientation,posture,conditions and so on.it had application value to establish good sleep state and keep physical and psychological health up to the day.
