桔梗在乳腺癌治疗中的应用

Discussion on application of Platycodon Root in breast cancer

文章通过参阅历代文献,结合桔梗的传统主治功效及现代药理学研究结果,探讨桔梗在乳腺癌中的应用。笔者认为,桔梗在乳腺癌治疗中发挥引药上行、载药直达病所、提高整方疗效及直接的抗癌、调节免疫的作用,是潜在有效、尚未被临床医师所认识的抗乳腺癌药物,为桔梗的临床应用拓宽思路。

In this paper,the application of Platycodon Root in breast cancer was discussed through literature records of the function of Platycodon Root in past dynasties and the results of modern pharmacology researches.As a traditional and classical meridian-guiding herb,Platycodon Root helped other herbs to play efficacy on upper body.Besides,Platycodon Root played a positive role in the treatment of breast cancer,such as direct anti-cancer activity and immune regulatory effects.We believed that Platycodon Root was the potentially effective anti-breast cancer Chinese herb which had not been recognized by clinicians.This article would helpful for broadening the application of Platycodon Root.
