Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂在虎杖多糖纯化中的作用

Effect ofⅡZTC1+1 natural clarifying agents on purification of Polygonum cuspidatum polysaccharides

目的:考察Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂在虎杖多糖提取中的纯化效果。方法:以脱蛋白率、多糖保留率为指标,通过正交试验进行方法优化。结果:Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂能有效纯化多糖,并与澄清剂的加入量显著相关。结论:Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂处理虎杖多糖的理想条件为B/A组分添加量为2%/1%,药液浓度为1:15,加样温度为60℃,加热时间为1h/1h。

Objective： To study the effect of Ⅱ ZTC1＋1 natural clarifying agents on the purification of Polygonum cuspidatum polysaccharides. Methodes： With the clearance rate of protein and the Polysaccharide retention as indexes, the technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment. Results： Ⅱ ZTC1＋1 natural clarifying agents can effectively purify Polygonum cuspidatum polysaccharides, which was relative to the quantity of two components. Conclusion： The optimum experimental condition is A3B2C2D1.
