苗药金乌健骨汤治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察

Clinical observation on therapeutic effect of Miao traditional medicine Jinwujiangu Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis

目的:观察苗药金乌健骨汤对类风湿关节炎(RA)的治疗效果。方法:筛选符合诊断标准的RA患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例,口服苗药金乌健骨汤,配合甲氨喋呤(MTX)和来氟米特;对照组30例单服MTX及来氟米特。结果:治疗组临床控显率(72.4%)、总有效率(93.1%)、不良反应发生率(24.13%)与对照组临床控显率(51.9%)、总有效率(74.1%)、不良反应发生率(36.67%)相比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。在减轻关节肿胀、疼痛,改善关节功能、降低炎性活动指标等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:苗药金乌健骨汤能改善RA患者的临床疗效,降低MTX和来氟米特的不良反应。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of the Miao traditional medicine Jinwujiangu Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods：The 60 patients with RA were randomized into the treatment group and control group,30 in each.The treatment group was treated with Jinwujiangu Decoction,methotrexate（MTX）and leflunomide tablets.The control group was treated only with MTX and leflunomide tablets.Results：Jinwujiangu Decoction group had better therapeutic effect than that of control group on arthralgia,tenderness,function joints and the effective rate（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：The Miao traditional medicine Jinwujiangu Decoction can significantly increase the therapeutic effect on RA.It also can relieve adverse reaction of methotrexate and leflunomide.
