克敏汤治疗常年性变应性鼻炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Kemin Decoction in treating perennial allergic rhinitis

目的:探讨以自拟克敏汤治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床观察。方法:80例常年性变应性鼻炎患者经确诊后,随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例。观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,治疗组显效17例,有效18例,总有效率为87.5例,对照组总有效率为60%。统计学处理,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。

Object：to observe the effect of Kemin decoction to treat perennial allergic rhinitis.Method：The 80 patients were randomly and averagely divided into the treatment group and the control group in order to observe the clinical effection.Result：In the treatment group there were 17 cases were significantly effective,18 cases effective,the whole effective rate was 87.5%,the effective rate of the control group was only 60%.The effection of the treatment group is significantly better than the effection of the control group（P0.05）.
