蒙药妇康凝胶剂镇痛抗炎作用的实验研究

Experimental research on analgesia and anti-inflammation of Mongolian Medicine Fukang Gel

目的:观察蒙药妇康凝胶剂的镇痛抗炎作用。方法:采用小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法,观察蒙药妇康凝胶剂对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足趾肿胀、二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀及对宫颈糜烂大鼠模型阴道渗出液白细胞游走的影响。结果:蒙药妇康凝胶剂大小剂量组能降低热刺激小鼠的痛阈值和醋酸所致的小鼠扭体次数(P<0.01),对大鼠角叉菜胶足趾肿胀、二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的炎症模型有明显的抑制作用,并对宫颈糜烂大鼠模型阴道渗出液白细胞游走有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论:蒙药妇康凝胶剂具有显著的镇痛抗炎药理作用。

Objective：To observe the effects of Mongolian Medicine Fukang Gel on analgesia and inflammation.Methods：Using the hot plate and body-twisting mice induced by acetic to observe the effects of Mongolian Medicine Fukang Gel on analgesia.The anti-inflammatory effect was performed mice＇s ears swell induced by dimethybenzene,mouse thener swell induced by carrageenin,and white blood cell swimming.Results：The high,low dose groups can decreased the froquency of body torsion and heat stimulation（P0.01）;and inhibited the mouse ear swelling,mouse thener swelling and white blood cell wandering（P0.05）.Conclusion：The Mongolian Medicine Fukang Gel has the effects on analgesia and anti-inflammation.
