经穴效应特异性研究思路及其规律探讨

Research thoughts on specificity of acupoint effects and discussion on its effect laws

通过对经穴效应特异性研究的分析及理论思考,认为经穴效应特异性的研究应该在总结临床上确有实践基础的经穴效应的基础上,对经穴的特异性效应进行分类总结,以区别不同经穴的不同类型的特异性效应,然后再通过各种现代的实验手段和实验方法对其产生特异性效应的通路进行研究,以明确其产生特异性效应的作用机制。提出了经穴与效应部位之间"双向单通路联系"的观点。认为效应特异性可分为5种类型:循经特异性、部位特异性、脏腑特异性、病症特异性及神经节段特异性。

According to analyzing and theoretical thinking on specificity of acupoint effects,we believe that the research of specificity of acupoint effects should based on the summary of efficient effects of the acupoints in clinic,to distinguish the different specificity of acupoint effects,and study the mechanism use the modern technologies and methods.We put forward that the acupoints and effector site has the relationship of bidirectional single pathway.We also believe the the specificity of acupoint effects could be separated into 5 aspects：along meridian specificity;acupoint and body part specificity;acupoint and Zangfu specificity;acupoint and disease or symptom specificity;nerve segment specificity.
